1. About Us
Ruyi Culture is an online education and coaching brand serving Chinese-speaking learners worldwide. Our business is registered in Hong Kong. You can contact us anytime at support@ruyiculture.com.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for adult learners aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Enrollment and Payment
To enroll in a program, you must complete checkout and payment through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include taxes where applicable. Access to a program begins after your payment has been successfully processed.
4. Service Delivery
Our programs are delivered fully online. Online courses are accessed through our learning platform; live workshops and coaching are delivered through video conferencing tools such as Zoom; community programs run inside private online community spaces. Access details are sent to the email address used at checkout.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that programs run as scheduled. If a session is rescheduled or cancelled by us, we will notify you in advance and offer a reschedule or refund where applicable.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Our programs are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Specific income, financial returns, or business success.
- Specific personal, emotional, or relationship outcomes.
- Medical, psychological, or therapeutic results.
- Spiritual experiences or transformations.
The benefit you receive depends on your own goals, situation, and effort. Our content is for learning and reflection only, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. 6. Customer Responsibility
By using our Services, you agree to:

- Record live sessions without written permission.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize any materials.
- Share your account access with others.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may give rise to legal action.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse our materials, or behave in a way that harms other learners or staff. In such cases, refunds may not be available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruyi Culture's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
